My family and I just went to Pizzaiolo in Streetsville. The service was absolutely impeccable. I have been to a lot of Pizzaiolo locations and the customer service of this one is unmatched. The owner was very helpful while taking our order and also went above and beyond to make space for us in the restaurant so we could dine in. The taste of the pizza was also amazing! Would absolutely come here again.

Don’t go to any other Pizzaoiolo - this one has it all! The food is always divine, but the service is like no other. We were standing waiting for our food when the owner (I think) grabbed the empty chairs and tables from across the room and brought them over for us.

This is why I’m coming back here again.

We have been loyal customers and order from this store almost weekly. However over the past few months the service level has declined significantly. I believe that ownership has changed and you can tell. Tonight after waiting over 1.5 hours for our delivery it finally arrived, ICE COLD! My wife called to bring this to the attention of the restaurant and was polite letting them know the pizza's were cold. To my shock instead of trying to rectify the situation, whoever answered the phone, I assume the owner, they hung up.

Time to move on from what was once a great place to order. We will no longer be ordering from this place again.

Pizzaiolo you should monitor this store as your brand is going to suffer!

Nice little shop. Good pizza, prices, and service. Still has anchovies!! :)
