We have been loyal customers and order from this store almost weekly. However over the past few months the service level has declined significantly. I believe that ownership has changed and you can tell. Tonight after waiting over 1.5 hours for our delivery it finally arrived, ICE COLD! My wife called to bring this to the attention of the restaurant and was polite letting them know the pizza's were cold. To my shock instead of trying to rectify the situation, whoever answered the phone, I assume the owner, they hung up.

Time to move on from what was once a great place to order. We will no longer be ordering from this place again.

Pizzaiolo you should monitor this store as your brand is going to suffer!
