Hotel Estrella Dorada

The lady who greeted us in the reception was nice and reassuring we really appreciate her attitude very warm and comforting,but other than that my experience was a disaster. Came in with hot room, ac was not working properly, at around dawn the electricity was on and off,we went down in the reception to complain but no one was there, after various attempts to contact them via landline since the phone in the room is not working,they answered my call and our problem was addressed, they fix the shortage of the electricity for almost 40 minutes. I stayed here to catch an early flight and instead of taking rest i got stress 😩 . Disaster.

C’est vraiment un hôtel extraordinaire les services sont impeccables rien n’a dire sur sa ils sont très accueillant les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables vraiment je donne un 20/20sur
