Bernard is an excellent room steward. He is good in his housekeeping work and he works hard.

Dinner food was too much of Dairy and I don't eat dairy due to medical reasons.

Overall, I love Pullman Dubai creek and I will be back on Oct 12 and 13, 2023!

The lady who greeted us in the reception was nice and reassuring we really appreciate her attitude very warm and comforting,but other than that my experience was a disaster. Came in with hot room, ac was not working properly, at around dawn the electricity was on and off,we went down in the reception to complain but no one was there, after various attempts to contact them via landline since the phone in the room is not working,they answered my call and our problem was addressed, they fix the shortage of the electricity for almost 40 minutes. I stayed here to catch an early flight and instead of taking rest i got stress 😩 . Disaster.

Absolutely gorgeous, well worth the money paid. The rooms are great and the view is beautiful. Welcome from all staff, especially the reception staff. All services are available at international tourist prices, meaning a little high, but it is worth it in general. It is a large resort and a water park with a high level and is suitable for all ages. It also contains a very special aquarium, a cafe and a VIP lounge. It has different restaurants for all groups and all levels. It also overlooks the sea from all sides. And there is a Dubai balloon that rises 100 meters and its price is very reasonable. There are a lot of activities. I highly recommend it.

nos sentimos muy acojidos , desde el primer momento , gracias al recibimiento que nos dieron en recepcion, ciempre muy amables y atentos , en especial a gabriel y ara .
We felt very welcomed, from the first moment, thanks to the welcome they gave us at reception, always very friendly and attentive, especially to Gabriel and Ara.

Un hotel cómodo y agradable. El personal es excelente, desde los camareros de piso hasta los recepcionistas, siempre con una amplia sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que hiciera falta. Comí un día en el restaurante el menú y estaba muy bueno y otro día comí en la Cantina Mejicana que también está en el hotel y me sirvieron una carne de res tierna y exquisita. Fuimos a un concierto en el Coca-Cola Arena y volvimos andando!!! Hay una parada de metro muy cerca que es un punto importante si no se quiere depender de los taxis aunque en recepción los llaman siempre que sea necesario. Nos facilitaron acceder a las PCR para viajar tanto a Abu Dahbi como para regresar a casa.

Hotel normalito. Eramos 3 y había cama grande para 2 y sofá cama para 1, el cual no era demasiado cómodo. La habitación no es muy grande, lo que impide moverse con normalidad al ser 3 personas. La luz del baño un poco mala para verte en el espejo. Personal muy amable y desayuno y comida buenos.
