I ordered for pickup. When i opened the bag, 50% of the items were missing in the bag. I ONLY received a 6pc chicken bucket, and a mashed potato. (Plus accompanied gravy)

What i SHOULD be getting but missing: 2pc burger steak, 1 fries, 1 spicy chicken sandwich.

How could they be missing so many items??????

Upon arrival, they also seems unprofessional and took a longgg time confirming my order for me.

This location is always pretty busy, no matter the day or the time. You'll probably have to wait for a spot to open up to eat here, or take your food somewhere else to eat.

Ordered the $13.99: 2 piece fried chicken, 1 side, 1 gravy, 1 peach mango pie and 1 drink combo/deal. They don't tell you this but, if you get a drink that isn't a pop, you'll be paying an extra $1.25 for the juice drink. And that how I found out I was paying $17 something after tax.

The food is good. Fried chicken tastes better than KFC. The chicken is juicier and the skin is crispy. The mash potatoes is just right. The gravy tastes pretty good with the fried chicken. The juice that I got (extra $1.25), is sweet and tangy. The peach mango pie is pretty good- it's deep fried too.

I do love me some Jollibee fried chicken. I've also had the spaghetti here, which was sweet. I've also had the steam rice side and that goes well with the leftover gravy.

Would come back for more fried chicken... Even if it is a bit more on the pricy side
