when i enter the cafe the lady accommodate me right away. she helped me with my mobile apps. also she is so friendly. i’ll definitely gonna comeback here. At the barista was so nice. Coffee is so good.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff!!! They are not friendly and do not seem happy being there. Also one lady gave me the bread butts of the banana bread on purpose (reached into the middle of the row of banana bread slices and intentionally gave me the bread butt)!! 😠

Every time I come to this location I have to hold off on writing a review based on the unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. I bought a drink & bakery item yesterday and noticed that I didn't receive points even though I scanned my points card. The barista seemed to be annoyed and in a rush during the entire transaction where she couldn't even bother to ask for the points card in the first place. Disappointing, will never return to this location again.
