2 weeks passed and not issue for good
standing certificate, no direct number to contact them & customer services not allowed to direct the call to the responsible employer !!!!
It can take less than 10 minutes to be issued!!! I made it in KSA 🇸🇦 in less than 5 minutes… Carless employers delay important documents and people's life !!!and why verification committee?????? & when this committee will be held??? Once per Month???????

Day before yesterday was my third attempt to moh nursing exam Nurse Assistance at Dubai prometric center knowledge village and I failed already I had given two more attempts i am preparing form last 5 months for exam also I am sure that this time I didn’t do any mistake and your system saying that I am fail also they are saying system error and some how when you go back to check questions you will be fail and if some questions will repeat in exam you consider as failed but it’s not my fault your this small mistake my carrier have spoiled now I can’t give exam again please check and tell me who is responsible and where I should raise complaint for this issue please help me as much you can I will mention my id details and please check and tell me whom did mistake in exams. I will be very thankful to you.

As long as DHA has corrupted people like Marwan Almulla and his unethical assistants and nobody even monitor them MOH will be a disaster as usual. I strongly advise any doctor working in Dubai to be super careful of such corrupted department. They shut off our center that worths millions and nobody even cared. I even went to Sheikh Mohammed Diwan and I got a letter against them and nobody cares. We just lost our Center and hard work for ten years. I have all papers to prove my claim but I am sure no one even cares........

Please you have to change your requirements for good standing certificate. No any hospitals issues experience certificate from Medical Director, usually it will be from HR or nursing department. So all employees are struggling to meet this requirement. It is not possible to get the experience certificate from Medical Director,once you left from UAE and so many people are still struggling because of this requirement. Gd standing from DHA/DOH is very simple and quick processing. All other countries issue gd standing with in few hours. So please look into this matter and hope you will take favorable decision.

My experience started very bad but finally they turned my fustration to positive. My medical report got rejection 3 times despite it meets with the requirements.After a lot of calls and email, Rabia, from call center exceeded her best to provide excellent customer service.Continously she was polite and helpful!Keep up the good work Rabia!

مستوى الخدمة متدني جدا ، ساعتين انتظار فقط لتحديث بيانات المنشأة !!! غير راضي عن مستوى خدمة رحلة العميل المقدمه في فرع الوحده مول ، كاونتر رقم 22. الموظفه تشتغل بمزاجها وتتعمد البطء وتستقبل المراجعين من دون ارقام وتأكل امام العميل ولا تهتم بمستوى الخدمه ولا تعرف الاجراء المطلوب وتتواصل بالهاتف مع موظف آخر ويوضح لها طريقة العمل ولكن لا فايده ، ما انصحكم بزيارة فرع الوحده مول سيء جدا للاسف
