I go here often out of proximity I have a cat and dog so I always need something. They have a good selection of products and food, but honestly the service is meh... A few different people behind the counter don't normally greet customers, I bring my puppy when I go, not even a smile... common it's a puppy and you work at a pet store!! I used to shop at Too Zoo a few blocks away, I might go back there, customer service is miles ahead and they are so excited to see everyone who walks in. If the owners read this, you might want to put some extra flair on your customer service, pet parents care a lot about their "baby's" and my experience has left me wanting more.
