First, the staff was super nice! Seemed to really be into it!
The room we did, "Me", was not what we were hoping for.
1. It was not informed to us at all ahead of time that the room was "under construction" still. This was told to us after we paid...full price!
2. The idea behind the room didn't make much sense, it was very unclear what the overall premise was.
3. The puzzles were hard, but if you got it, the actual tools to complete the puzzle didn't work correctly and made it hard to know if you were actually right or not..
A lot of the puzzles we solved we were confirming with staff if "is this correct and it's just not working?" To which we got "yes, you just have to jiggle it a bit". Very poor craftsmanship lead to a very frustrating (not in a good way!) escape room.
4. And most importantly, the room as actually dangerous. There was loose screws that could have been stepped on/puncture the hand, and there was exposed "hot" metal, hot as in hot to the touch and because it was LIVE and wired!
Seemed like there is a lot of work to be done here, and there is better rooms available close to the area. Will most likely not visit again unless there is some serious improvements.
