I developed a lot of anxiety following knee surgery and discovered Othership after my friends spoke of how cold plunging and breathwork helped their recovery.

I went into my first class with an open mind and became hooked after my first class. The cold plunge was very challenging, but I came out feeling energized. It's been six months, and I have become more connected with myself.

Othership offers such a unique experience in downtown Toronto. Whenever I enter the space, it feels like an escape, and I always look forward to leaving feeling refreshed and relaxed. The guides are supportive, and I love the variety of guided classes. I recommend Othership to all my friends interested in exploring sauna and cold plunging, as well as learning of all the health benefits of it!

We came here on a weekday night, and it was easy to get a reservation for 3. We ordered the specials, including the tako wasabi, scallop, and grilled cod. Unfortunately, they had run out of grilled oysters that day. There were a lot of alcoholic beverages to choose from - not too many from the non-alcoholic side. The food and service were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively.

Accessibility: no automatic door opener, the washroom is downstairs through a narrow staircase, and floors were ok with crutches. Parking is available in the front.
