Overall stay excellent. Breakfast chef accommodated our vegan requests with personalized dishes. Very nice. Manager Michael upgraded our room to executive suite without charge due to spotlights shining into the balcony at night. Also very nice. Room manager accompanied us to the lobby to await our arranged ride to the train station and personally saw us off. Also very nice. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. We will return for sure.

Room service took an hour each time we asked for ice. Not good.
