Checked out East Tea Can in Mississauga for a birthday dinner. The food is amazing and getting their shareable platters makes this extremely reasonable while not compromising on taste or quality.
This place is always super packed so I suggest making a reservation so you don’t have to deal with long wait times.
I will mention that because of how busy it is the service is lacking. We often had to wait a very long time for simple requests like cutlery, hot sauce or even just help with opening the barbicans we ordered. Whenever the serve did arrive they were super pleasant but it took forever for them to arrive at the table and we had to flag down someone to send our server over multiple times. We had requested them to add a small candle to the kunafa we ordered as we were celebrating a birthday, they also ran out of birthday candles but did not do anything (such as writing happy birthday on the plate with some chocolate sauce even) to elevate the experience. This place is good but can be much better.
