During our walk along the main street at Niagara on the Lake we decided it try out the gelato at Carlotta.
It was a cute setup once we got inside. Simple yet inviting with a couple of small tables against the wall and a countertop across the window. The server explained to us as we ask questions as to popular flavours etc. He was patient and attentive. I went with my go to flavour- pistachio. Others in the group tried chocolate and vanilla. The sweetness & texture was just right as well as flavouring. The extra I was looking for was some pistachio in my gelato. They did not add that to this ingredient here.
Also we had some espresso as a chaser which was nice finish.
I would recommend the gelato here!

We love their mango gelato and it's one of our go-to places when we are in Niagara on the lake!

this is the best pistachio gelato Ive tried outside of Italy! Ive tried many gelatos places in Toronto and this place is the absolute best for simple delicious pistachio gelato

Great alternative to the lines at Cow’s, you get Italian style Gelato with a lot of variety. Staff are very nice and provide fast service as their line can also grow sometimes.

The extra chocolate on top wasn’t worth the add on, didn’t quite like the flavour of it. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for gelato in the area!

Such cute spot and even lovely flavors of gelatos.
Affogato so worth it and so was the tiramisu gelato!
Definitely coming back whenever in the area.

We have visited this place several times now. Each time, the food has been wonderful, and the customer service amazing. The couple that owns the booth are so kind and sweet, and they went out of their way to make my childrens' orders extra special. Thank you!
