I went to this club last night, was dressed nice but since I had a hat on I was turned away. There were people in hoodies and sweatpants that were let in but I guess my hat was too much. I was ready to spend lots of money in this club purchasing bottles and whatnot but will never be attending again. Ultraviolet, you tell me, is it really worth losing hundreds of dollars because of a baseball hat?

I went to ultraviolet a few times. The place is great, a lot of fun until I went to the bathroom. I wasn’t allowed to dry my hands without the bathroom attendant demanding for tip. Her name is Sheila and she’s a Mexican lady. She was extremely rude and disrespectful on many occasions. Telling me that I must pay her. She even went on and told me to mop up a drink on the floor. Even after tipping her $20, the next time she told me I can’t have paper towel or gum unless I tip again. I’ve heard her arguing with multiple customers, demanding for tips. Absolutely disgusting.

We came here to party and first thing you should know: they don’t allow bags or backpacks inside, there’s not even a coat check where you could save them so prepare to leave it either in your car or in the street.
They don’t allow cigarettes or weed, so they will kick you out.
Staff is not friendly, looks like you’re doing them a favor to go there.

LA EXPERIENCIA LATINOAMERICANA COMPLETA: Para empezar el personal de seguridad te da un trato como en casa 🥰. Te trata super mal y si andas vestido como a él no le gusta te mira despectivamente (como si a alguien en Canadá le importara como va la gente vestida). Además de eso todos los días se reportan robos de celulares y carteras, y he leído comentarios que incluso roban articulos que dejan cuidando en paqueteria. Para rematar hay muchos hombres super insistentes y fastidiosos (aumque esto no es culpa al 100% del lugar en si). Le daría 5 estrellas pero lastimosamente no estamos en LATAM

Robaron mi celular en el lugar y el de mis familiares, aparte ellos me cobraron 25% de propina y yo no lo autorice.

El lugar es muy bueno pero el dj de los miércoles debería ser una persona más joven 👍🏻

The staff at this place RoCK!!!! Retrieved a lost item of value and learned that their motto is "we return EVERYTHING"!!!!! i so very much appreciate their assistance in finding and returning it to it's rightful owner! Let this be an amazing review!

SCAM ALERT !! SCAM ALERT !!
First they charge you $20 each at door. They say pay $20 at upstaris and after we pay $20 each they didn't allow one of our friend and when we go upstairs they said its $40 not $20.
People over there o man when you are dancing on your own you get hit by moving people. They push you they hit you. Crazy place.
Never ever go there.

Chicos cuidado los que pagan con tarjeta! LOS BARTENDERs están colocando el valor que ellos quieren en las máquinas, incluso no preguntan cuánto % vas a entregar, ellos ponen su propio valor!
Todos sabemos que acá en Canadá no dejar propina es bien map visto, por lo que siempre es bueno dejar por el servicio que te brindan pero cuidado con los valores que los ponen. Me pasó tres veces en la noche con el valor del 25%

Fui a Vertigo por primera vez y puedo decir q la experiencia fue increible. Muy similar a Stereo Montreal. El staff es muy amable y atento. El espresso es super delicioso. Me senti super super segura y protegida alla. Volvere pronto :)

Terrible vibes from this place- low vibrational and dangerous people inside who come and work here. Robbed my 3k jacket from me and refused to give it to me until I called the police 10x.
So many better options in the area, never worth the long lines and not worth a single penny!

Robaron mi teléfono de mi bolsa junto con otras 5 personas, y notifiqué a seguridad y no hicieron nada por ayudarnos a los afectados. No es la primera vez qué pasa en ese lugar, además de que me obligaron a pagar Coat Check (me amenazó seguridad sacarme si no lo hacía) por una chamarra que me podía amarrar.
La actitud del staff es deplorable, son groseros y prepotentes con todos. NO VOLVERÍA A MOMENTOS.

Uno de los mejores lugares nocturnos en Toronto, súper bien ambiente , buena música , cool people y el mejor DJ , 100 % recommend !!!

ROBAN CELULARES Y CARTERAS! Si piensas ir ten mucho cuidado, ya que dejan entrar a todo tipo de gente y demasiada, a tal punto que no se puede caminar, esto da pie a que te puedan sacar tus cosas de tu bolsa y cuando esto sucede el PERSONAL DE MOMENTOS no ayuda en nada, se comportan groseros e indiferentes. Por cosas así es que nos tienen tachados a los latinos:/ la misma persona le robó a mis amigas en la misma noche, es un chico alto, flaco y con barba de borrego con fachas de malandro, para que tengan cuidado si van! El lugar es bueno pero sería mejor si se fijaran más a quienes dejan entrar

Me sacaron el teléfono de mi cartera. Si van tengan cuidado con sus bolsos, literalmente me paso en 5 min. También chequeen cuando les estén cobrando ya que los bartender ponen precios más altos y colocan el tip ellos mismos

La atención de los meseros es pésima
