It was a fast and straightforward experience with this clinic. I visited the clinic during the weekday when it was less busy and I appreciated how fast the process of seeing the doctor to getting my medication was done within an hour. The only downside to this is that if you need to pay with cash if you have no OHIP, so I recommend to call before you visit to get a quotation. Aside from that, it was overall an easy visit to this walk-in clinic. Thank you!

The receptionist was not welcoming and the doctor did nothing to help me with my lower back pain which I explained that I was having a burning sensation to the lower part of my spine. I was expecting to get some form of examination like x-ray to see what's wrong because I've never experienced this before. I was instead shown some pictures how to stretch and work out. My visit was way beyond my expectations for a first world. A full star 🌟 out if the 5 here is too much to give. ¼ 🌟

I've been here multiple times, the Doctor is always nice, receptionist goes above and beyond helping people, however they need to get their accessibility/wheelchair door button fixed
